The more labor necessary to get higher results for a certain term or keyword phrase, the higher the search traffic.

This is sometimes referred to as keyword difficulty, and it can include SERP features; for example,

if a keyword’s result page is clogged with SERP features (such as featured snippets, knowledge graphs, carousels, and so on),

the difficulty will rise. Big businesses frequently dominate the top 10 results for high-volume keywords, so if you’re just getting started on the web and targeting the same keywords, ranking can take years.

The stronger the competition and effort required to achieve organic ranking success, the higher the search volume.

If you set it too low, though, you risk not attracting any searchers to your site. In many circumstances, targeting highly narrow,

However, how does this help with keyword research?

It can help you arrange your content calendar, for starters. Assume you’re in the business of selling costumes online.

Each September/October, releasing or republishing a list of the “10 Scariest Halloween Costumes for 20XX” makes perfect sense.

When Apple releases a new iPhone in September, interest in “iPhone specifications” peaked.

If you operate a tech blog, updating and republishing any related posts every September is a good idea.

Trends can also help you avoid targeting the wrong keywords, in addition to content calendars.
Which of these keywords would you choose if you could only develop content for one? I mean, it’d be the one with the most searches, right?

Not very quickly, because search volumes are averaged across months or years.

If we only look at Google Trends for the last 12 months, we can observe that searches for “apple watch series 5” recently surpassed searches for “apple watch series 3.”

  1. Generate Keywords
    For any seed keyword, the Keyword Generator generates up to 150 keyword suggestions.

For example, if we search for “bitcoin,” we’ll obtain a list of one hundred keyword concepts with anticipated monthly search volumes.

We also display the Keyword Difficulty (KD) score for the first ten terms on each list. This is a number between 0 and 100 that represents the difficulty of ranking. In general, the higher it is, the more backlinks are required to rank.

SIDENOTE. Apart from backlinks, Keyword Difficulty (KD) does not consider anything else. When evaluating ranking difficulty, it’s critical to consider content quality, search intent, and website authority. Find out more in this article.
Note that search volumes and KD ratings are based on the selected nation, which is by default the United States.

Sheeter is the third keyword.

Thousands of autocomplete recommendations are pulled from Google using Keyword Sheeter.

This is the tool to use if you need a lot of keyword suggestions quickly. It generates 1,000 ideas per minute and allows you to export the results for free in just one click.

Keyword Sheeter’s only drawback is that it is extremely basic.

It does not display search volumes or trends information, and it does not aggregate keywords as Keyword Planner does.

It does, however, offer one distinguishing feature: positive and negative filters.

Showing an example is the simplest method to demonstrate how this works. So, to the positive filter, we’ll add “how.”

It now only displays queries that include the word “how,” i.e., informational keywords that could be used in blog entries.

The negative filter accomplishes the inverse, excluding queries that contain specific words.

This is useful for getting rid of stuff that isn’t relevant. If you operate a tech blog and scrape results for “an apple,” for example, you’re presumably only interested in keywords related to the company, not the fruit.

  1. Respond to the Public
    Questions, prepositions, comparisons, alphabetical, and related searches can all be found using Answer the Public.

Confused? Let’s take each one one at a time.

Surfer as a keyword

Keyword Surfer is a free Chrome add-on that displays global and monthly search volumes for any Google query.

Keyword Surfer works in a similar way as Keywords Everywhere, another popular plugin. This utility used to be free, but it recently become a paid service.

The creators of Keyword Surfer have committed to keeping it “100% free, forever.”

Keyword Surfer now displays local search traffic figures for 19 countries. The United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Brazil, France, and Germany are among them.

Keyworddit keywords tools

Keyworddit is a one-of-a-kind application that scrapes Reddit for keyword suggestions. If you enter a subreddit,

it will mine the thread titles and comments for up to 500 keywords.
This indicates that paleo dieters are concerned with issues such as:

Low-carb dishes, slow cooker recipes, grass-fed veggies, and so on.
It also reveals the vocabulary people employ to describe such occurrences.
